CHALET SOUGEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS..

Booking: At the time of booking we require a 30% deposit. The remaining amount will be due 3 months prior to your arrival. If the booking is made less than 3 months prior to your arrival, then we require the amount in full to confirm the booking.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows:

cancellation more than 6 months prior to your arrival - full amount of deposit returned

cancellation 6 - 3 months prior to your arrival - 50% of deposit returned

cancellation less than 3 months prior to arrival - no deposit refunded

General Conditions:

• We require a 75 euro deposit upon your arrival in case of damages and / or not leaving the chalet in the condition you found it in. This will be returned after inspection on your departure.
• All Clean linen is provided for you on your arrival. Cleaning of linen is not provided during your stay, irrespective of the duration of your stay, though this service is available if you require it.
• towels are not provided.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Chalet premises
• Heating and logs are provided, though we reserve the right to charge extra for excessive and / or dangerous use of firewood .
• Fireplaces must be put out and covered when unattended.
